Why Don’t We Experience Supernatural Things Today, That Had Happened In The Holy Bible?
Why can’t me and you see anything supernatural?
What happened to the supernatural events in the world?
I would like to see something supernatural from God.
Don’t you want to see something supernatural from God?

Hebrews 1
1In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, 2but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe.

Supernatural things don’t build faith. If you base your faith on some supernatural event, then when the event ends, your faith leaves too. Not only that, you run the risk of becoming jaded. “What a bummer service, there was only one resurrection and two blind people healed today. The Pastor must not be right with God!”
When the Disciple James was finally confronted by the resurrected Lord, the Lord told him “you have seen and believe, but blessed are they who have not seen yet believe.”
If the Lord needs to show me a supernatural event, great. I’d rather be blessed.
Besides, we are surrounded by supernatural events. A transformed life *is* an amazing supernatural event.
Faith is built by the hearing of the Word of God.

ahh that you cannot say.
You speak of God, I may speak of spirits.
In society, anything remotely close to *apparitions* are diagnosed as schizophrenia, dementia and/or later on Alzheimer.
Thus there can never be solid proof. Would you believe it if someone told you they were visited by God? By a spirit? By anything supernatural? Would the majority of society?

A) Possibly because they didn’t happen then, either.
Q) Why can’t me and you see anything supernatural?
A) Because nothing IS supernatural.
Q) What happened to the supernatural events in the world?

well we shouldn’t look to that for proof but there are things like that today just think.
isn’t it odd that the dead sea scrolls match up almost perfectly with the bible today?
or that the bible says that Israel will be a nation again and it has
or even in nature
like how does a tree know when to blossom in the spring?
or a bird knows when and where to fly south
or that we are even here, you should watch the documentary “A Privileged Planet” it tells about how we are in the perfect spot of the solar system and in the perfect spot in the galaxy and have a moon that stabilizes our orbit and that our planet is the perfect size
there is evidence all around us

There are many supernatural things today, but they are not from God,they are from the demons the enemies of God.When these things were happening it was before the scriptures had been completed,we need none of those things now because we have the whole Bible. And only need faith in it.What does the Bible really teach ?Spirit creatures how do they affect us ?http://www.watchtower.org/

well there are supernatural things in this world, but when they established christianity they started controlling peoples minds, and so they pushed them to not be able to see them, because they are everywhere and if you open your spiritual eyes again you will be able to see.

“Then the devil took him up into the holy city, and set him upon the pinnacle of the temple, 6 And said to him: If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down, for it is written: That he hath given his angels charge over thee, and in their hands shall they bear thee up, lest perhaps thou dash thy foot against a stone. 7 Jesus said to him: It is written again: Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.”
What did our Lord say to the Pharisees who always sought for signs but never beleived them when they were most evident? “Who answering said to them: An evil and adulterous generation seeketh a sign: and a sign shall not be given it, but the sign of Jonas the prophet.”
“And Herod, seeing Jesus, was very glad; for he was desirous of a long time to see him, because he had heard many things of him; and he hoped to see some sign wrought by him. 9 And he questioned him in many words. But he answered him nothing.”
“Jesus saith to him: Because thou hast seen me, Thomas, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and have believed
Obviously you are not a member of the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church founded by Jesus Christ and outside of which no one is saved. In this Church you will find all that is supernatural upon earth.
There is nothing more supernatural than to assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass which is a re-presentation, in an unbloody manner, of the Passion and Death of our Lord on Calvary.
Did not our Lord say: “Then Jesus said to them: Amen, amen I say unto you: Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you shall not have life in you.”

I see Supernatural things every day from GOD. Now open your mind here, I get up in the Morning, I’m so happy and thankful for that. I have fresh air to breathe every day. I always have nice cool fresh water to drink.
My bills are paid, I have food on the table. And a Wonderful Christian Wife. I go to a Marvelous Church, Where I have a Loving and caring Pastor, and a Fantastic Church Family. HE has kept me very Healthily for 66 years.
HE walks with me, HE talks with me. And HE loves Me more than I love myself. He has forgiven me all of my sins. Supernatural? Yep! Sure is, comes right from my HEAVENLY DADDY!

Many people have witnessed miracles and the supernatural does happen, most people just do not believe it, they scoff at it and call it lies.

well actually a supernatural event happened in the year 1967, when Israel was at war and they went on to win. But most people are too busy noticing when supernatural events do take place. or are to skeptical.

Everyone would like to see something supernatural from God, but if this happened there wouldn’t be any atheists at all,and atheists are needed in these days(for various reasons).

First ask yourself this question.
Are you honestly in need of God? Or are you looking to be entertained?
God is more than happy to help those who call upon Him, but He is in NO way interested in putting on a show.

For the same reason we don’t have mutants with superpowers like in the X Men comics. It’s fiction. Supernatural ideas make for compelling stories, but they’re not real.
