What Was The Real Ending To Paranormal Activity?
i saw paranormal activity downloaded and with an alternat ending from the original. So i was wondering wat the real one was.

the ending was extremely freaky! basically what happens is that she walks out of bed like she is possessed(like i believe she is) like she did when she stood by the bed for 2 hours and walked outside and sat on the swing…. then while she is getting out of bed the cover slides off of her boyfriend and she stands there for maybe a good hour then she walkes over possessively to her husband’s side of the bed….stands there for a good 2-3 hours then she walks out of the room and goes down the stairs and u could hear her thumping down and then she starts screaming bloody murder and he jumps out of bed and runs for her and u can hear him trying to get her under control and thumping but then all of a sudden it just turns silent and then like 30seconds later u can here footsteps going back up the stairs and u hear it for awhile….then it stops and she throws her husband into the camera and he is dead(im sure she killed him when they were downstairs though) and then she walks up and has blood on her stomach and looks at the camera…next she starts smelling alll over him and then smiles and comes at the camera screaming…hahaha sorry my answer so long i just saw it and it keeps playing back over and over in my head so im pretty freaked right now

JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS!! THE DIRECTOR OF THE MOVIE IS THE GUY THAT DID BLARE WITCH PROJECT! AND AT THE END OF THE MOVIE IT DOESN’T HAVE CREDITS BECAUSE IT WAS JUST A FILM FOR THAT ONE FESTIVAL AND IT GOT FAMOUS. THEY DIDN’T CHANGE IT CAUSE THE CRITICS WALKED OUT FROM BEING SO SUPER SCARED. ALSO AT THE END WHEN IT DOESN’T SHOW CREDITS IT DOES STATE THAT IT IS FICTIOUS. my mom had to point that all out to me. I was terrified wondering where that girl was for a very long time. Got me so super sick to my stomach. but ya ending is girl murders husband. and then they find him oct.1 2006 or something like that and the girl is gone.

I saw both versions… The one online was much tamer than the one in theaters. The cops don’t shoot katie for one. Nor does she sit at the foot of the bed for two days either. The whole standing by the side of the bed for 3 hours is the same (although on the other side of the bed), then she goes downstairs and screams bloody murder till Micah runs down. then the screaming stops (same in both versions) but the bedroom door slams shut… then you hear her stomping back upstairs. the the door flies open and she throws micah’s dead body at the camera which falls to the floor. The she comes over to sniff it and looks into the camera. the end.

That movie was so dumb. My brother was falling asleep. Anyways, she gets up. Stands for hours (as usual) then walks downstairs. She yells, then her boyfriend wakes up and rushes downstairs. She comes upstairs and throws his body at the camera. She smells him, then smiles at the camera. Then she destroys the camera. Disappointing movie.

The women kills her live in boyfriend. She seems to be possessed by a evil sprite. It ends with her throwing the body at the camera, and screaming in to the camera.
I missed some of the movie.
Good suspenseful build up. It wasn’t as scary as I wanted it to be, but it had its moments of fright.

the version i watched was when she got up in the middle of the night, stood there for like 3 hours, went downstairs, & screams. That wakes her bf up & he comes running down the stairs. We hear him scream & then its silent. Then she comes up the stairs & sits & rocks for like a whole day. The police come, find his body, then shoot her.

the girl doesnt turn evil like everyone els is saying . the demon posses her body and she stabs herself when no one can see .cazue when you see her come in the room her shirt has blood all over it . she stabs her self so shes bassically dead and the husband also dies in the end. they never found the girls body though

the demon comes out of the girl, she screams, the guy runs downstairs, then a long pause….and then thats when the guy gets thrown into the camera by her (i think thats when she killed him) and she like bites the camerea or something? idk….but it was good though haha.

i agree with sara and the one below her. thats what happened when i saw it in theaters. i wonder where the girl is now. she was normal looking to. that is so wierd.

the real ending i believe was where she sits by the bed for 3 days and kills the other ppl and gets shot by the cops

The real ending is that they changed their bedsheets, finally! Then they both went back to acting school.
