I Have Every Season On DVD And It Does Include All Of The Episodes Including Gag Reels And Deleted Scenes In The Special Features. Its Worth Getting….
I Have Season 1, 2 And 3 On DVD And Season 4 On Blu-Ray….

Well I bought the seasons individually, and used, online, and they had all the episodes, and descriptions of each ones, and some cool special features. I don’t see why the boxed set wouldn’t have the same things. I’ve never heard of an official box set, so someone might just be selling all four seasons, and therefore it might be cheaper for you to buy them used and individually. It’s up to you. do some research and find out what’s the cheapest/best deal for you

I don’t see why they would give you a box set without all of the episodes, that sounds strange. Every episode of supernatural is very important so I can’t imagine them not including all of the episodes. I’m not sure if they would include the episode guide like the regular season do, but I do know that you can buy all four seasons for the same price as you would a box set at amazon. Here’s the link.
