This Is A True Story About My Friend’s Ouija Experience, Am I Safe Being Friends With Her?
My friend Cheryl does the ouija board quite regularly with her family, and she’s told me a story about what happened. She told me that her mum, dad, step-sister and her were using it and she felt something furry running up and down her leg, and she thought it was her mum but it wasn’t, they had shoes on and they dont have any furry animals about the house. Also, afterwards, when I was actually there, her mum had a violent coughing fit, after which so did her step-sister, then then her shortly after a ouija session. Shortly after this, from absolutely nowhere, she had scratches all over her hand, as did her mum. They’ve been communicating with a man called “Bob” through the Ouija, and she’s been having some strange poltergeist-like experiences in her home, and I’m worried about spending lots of time with her, because I believe in this kind of thing, and that’s how spirits take over you. Am I safe?? Thanks for reading.

I find it interesting, the answers from people who beleive in God say the ouija board doesn’t work, and Nimble for saying it goes against God to believe people have magic etc…well..isn’t the Bible filled with prophets and people healing the sick and bringing people back from the dead? A little ignorant of a statement there. As well, if you believe in God, than you must believe in Satan..and Satan is the Master of Disguise and the Master of Lies. So are you telling me it’s okay to believe in Angels but not Demons? That doesn’t make any sense?
Anyway, sorry…..to answer your question, yes the ouija board can be very real, and let me tell you why. It is not because it is a ‘ouija’ board..it is because your spirit and your mind are inviting in spiritual entities..technically, they don’t need the ouija board, you can call on them many other ways. The fact is, her family is playing with fire and taunting the Devil. God does not communicate through the Ouija board, but demons will..because they do not have access to your spirit unless you allow them access. God has access anyway…you do not need to invite him through a board or a chant, but demons require this to gain power over you. This is a very long discussion and can get very technical and dark…but the bottom line is…you need to stay away from this family and this house and you need to have a serious conversation with your friend about your fear for her safety. And don’t let religious people tell you this stuff isn’t real, cause than all of their miracles ad prophets and angels flying down from the sky are not real either. You can’t have God without the Devil….actually forget religion all together…messing with the spiritual realm is dangerous and all the potions and spells in the world won’t save you from it once you open that can of worms…

Your friend Cheryl may be the poltergeist herself. This activity is associated with telekinesis brain activity in young girls. The witchboard may be focussing her energy and causing it to manifest. many people are skeptical about this sort of thing but there are simple experiments that demonstrate the physical power the human mind can generate.
So, it may be Bob, but more than likely, it is Cheryl or another teenage or preteen girl in the house doing it subconsciously.

no you are not safe. I knew someone who was into that thing. I stopped talking to her all together. i even changed my phone number and all sources of communications with her. as far as for Facebook, MySpace, i took her off of my pages as well.
I completely shut her out. Now, I don’t even remember how she looks anymore. This was mt first year of college. Now I’m almost done, so I think you need to stop talking to her.

I don’t know much about Ouija boards, but I have heard too many negative things about them. I would step lightly around Cheryl if you plan to continue your friendship with her. Good Luck.

any form of the occult is just asking for evil. stay away from them and go read a Bible and pray for divine protection against evil in Jesus Christs name.

My friend Rhonda is a devout Catholic, but, was born into a family of supposed Witches. Same as like your friend, the family was doing the ouija board one night and all hell broke loose upstairs. They went up and she said. ” All the drawers were pulled out of all our chests and everything was strewn all over the place!” True story and Rhonda doesn”t lie. She showed me pictures her sister had taken at her wedding and you could clearly see spirits hangin around. Yet she’s Christian and wants nothing to do with it. Don’t get hung up in that stupid stuff. Please?

Cheryl and I would become distant friends. I wouldn’t even want to deal with her and her family.
BTW…they say you can do protection spells (or a protection amulet/crystal you can wear), which may keep you safe while you are around your friend. Here are a few links below:
Nimble your beliefs are your beliefs. Maybe what you believe is dumb. Ever thought about that?
@Tippyntj – LOL I was thinking the same thing. It just doesn’t make sense.

*sigh* silly people fearing the Unknown.
Yes you should be Cautious, but unless you Invite something to visit/join you, you should be safe.
True the Ouija board is sold as a “Game” in stores, one can easily make one themselves.
Simply writing the alphabet and numbers along with a “Yes” & “No” on a table and using a small glass/shot glass as a marker can be done.
It does sound like your friend(s) may have open themselves up to something they wasn’t prepared for,
so maybe you should keep your distance for a while, but You can Protect yourself.

my sister has the board, we don’t take it seriously, and if this family does, they are betraying god, and worshipping in a wrong way…but hey it’s there opinion not yours, do what feels good to you, trust yourself to understand what you want.

Ouija board isn’t really dangerous, because if it was they wouldn’t sell it in the little girls section in Toys R Us (I’m serious, they do; they have the pink one). Ouija isn’t real because the board is magnetically charged moves the peices without needing to be plugged in; it was made by some ancient tribe such as the Mayans and they beleived that it was able to talk with spirits because it moving by itself, but it was actually a clever accident made by someone in the tribe trying to make communication with the gods. The things you described are symptons of RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) and you can inheirit it when being hyper and once you have it you have it often. But it’s not a disease, just something that happens. The furry feeling was RLS taking place when the inside of the skin the muscle was tensing and brushed the nerves which made that feeling. For the scratches, itching can be an effect of RLS which caused them to inadvertently scratch and leave marks. Your friend trusted you and cared for you so much she told you her feelings… but to leave her over some bored game is sad. I hope you don’t leave her… your completely safe.
I hope this helps! Good luck!
