Is it possible that a person like me can have a paranormal ability later in life? Or do people have to have it from a young age?

I’ve checked out YouTube’s videos as well as DailyMotion’s and I could only find a few decent paranormal (ghosts, ufo’s, etc.) Can you suggest any awesome sites that provide videos, pictures, and information, maybe even a member’s area?
