I Need Help. Plz Suggest More Murder Scenes For The Book Im Writing!?
Ok, i’m writing a book about 17 students who stay late at school and a strange poltergeist (a ghost) with the help of a killer tries to scare them first and then kills 13 of them, but i don’t think my ideas are too good…idk if you understand.
A poltergeist, and the killer are supposed to kill them and i don’t have fresh, original ideas.
here’s what i got:
1. Drowned in the school’s pool
2. hanged by the killer
3. Crushed by a shelf (the character couldn’t breath anymore)
4. Pieces of broken mirror slice the character’s body
5. Backstabbed in the school’s kitchen
6. Food poison and backstabbed with the same knife the killer used before
7. Electrocuted in the basement
8. Fell from the 3rd floor, trying to escape from the poltergeist and the killer
9. A truck driven by the killer or controlled by the popoltergeistyou decide) runs over the character’s body
10. An invisible hand takes the character’s neck and lifts his/her body in the air chocking him/her (behind the character’s body was the killer waiting)
11.The killer slices the character’s neck
12.drowned in the girls’ bathroom sink
13. beheaded
this is what i have and i don’t think it is too original.
could you sugthank more ideas please and thank you.
tips for the story and how the students should die are more than welcomed.

I think ones that involve the school are good, (like the Drowned in the school’s pool and the drowned in the girls’ bathroom sink ones are great)
So I think you should come up with more like that- the others find one jammed in a locker or something haha.

i think you should make the story with a little twist, lets say that the killer was actually one of the students they didn’t know was missing, and he/she was getting payback for something… what do you think??

You’ve listed a lot of horrific ways to die. I’ll add a couple more and maybe you can think of an idea around them:-
Buried alive
Burning with fire
Burning with acid
Skinned alive
Macabre Makeover – Puncture (forks in) eyeballs & cut the person’s ‘smile’ with a sharp knife til it reaches the ears. Then behead.

Try watching Harper’s Island. Its a show about a killer on an island and many many people get killed. It may give you some ideas.
