Does A Death Or Paranormal Activity Have To Be Disclosed To A Prospective Home Buyer?
If a seller and/or Realtor is selling a home.
And it has had a natural death or a violent death involved.
Or unexplained paranormal activity in it.
Does a prospective buyer have a LEGAL right to know about this?

Absolutely. The owner is required to disclose such things to the realtor and prospective buyers and there is a form to attach to the sales contract.

Only violent death need be disclosed. Natural death does not need to be disclosed.

Yes they should. It is only right! If I moved into my apartment or when I just bought my house, I had asked the realtor if anyone has died in the apartment or house, I needed to know.
