Do You Think Ghosts Are Real?please Answer This Question!?
I have read REAL ghost stories and I have watched REAL ghost stories and now i believe in them. I was wondering if other people believe in them too? Please explain why you do or do not believe in ghosts.

Ghosts are real but very rare. But first, let’s differentiate ghosts from other phenomena. Real ghosts are souls that are tormented and cannot find the way to God, to rest. They are not demons or monsters, but resentful souls seeking relief but in great despair for not finding it. These souls can still be claimed by evil if they are left to their own means, because these souls are now in the same plane as demons. But I must insist, these cases are EXTREMELY rare. Other types of “ghosts” are residual energy of a strong emotional event that occurred in a place with the capability to absorb that energy. This type of apparitions are more of a recording and not real ghosts at all, because they do not have a will of their own, they just repeat patterns over and over. This is common in old houses with a lot of rock, metal or some other heavy minerals capable of storing these energies and releasing them continuously for a period of time. Demons are evil conscious spirits, who try to harm human beings due to resentment, but cannot take any physical action because they are spirits, so they just influence the mind, or attempt to possess an individual to do harm to others. This type of spirits are souls that were dominated by evil when they were souls in despair, and now try consciously to harm others and pull their souls into the same despair they were in. And fallen angels are another type of being entirely, because they seek to pervert souls, by influence alone, just tempting with very subtle pushes of the mind to make people lose themselves, because let’s remember, the trick here is that we have free will, and therefore evil cannot win if they harm us or make us commit evil deeds involuntarily, it must be a conscious decision, a willful act. So, Ghosts are real, but very uncommon, and must be avoided at all costs, and dealt with by priests with the proper training.

I would have to say they probably don’t exist.
Despite the hundreds upon hundreds of books, stories, movies and television shows that have featured the restless dead or other sorts of apparitions, there has simply never been any substantial proof of their existence.
I mean don’t get me wrong, I do love ghost stories (and stories about zombies, ghouls, vampires and other creatures of the night) and Halloween is my favorite holiday – and I’m a pretty spiritual guy (Christian, Southern Baptist) so I do believe in the human soul and in life after death (that is, in the Kingdom of Heaven).
But, are there actual disembodied spirits who are somehow tied to the mortal plane and now haunt the living? Again, I would say it’s highly unlikely.
Occam’s Razor (look it up) states that if a question has more than one answer (in this case: are ghost real – yes or no) then it is the simpler, reasonable answer which is much more likely to be correct. Once again, in this case the answer is almost certainly no.

it makes sense that they COULD exist. It is said that all matter is a form of energy, and that energy cannot be destroyed – just changed into something else. Our thoughts, our consciousness, our emotions – it makes sense that these things are all forms of energy, and that in most cases that energy just dissipates after death, (of if your religious, maybe it ascends to some other plane of existence such as Heaven) but maybe under the right conditions it instead lingers and retains some of the deceased’s consciousness. Bottom line is that it’s all just speculation. There is obviously a field of research devoted to the study of the paranormal, and the theories of those involved are intelligent and logical. But there aren’t any definitive answers, and in my honest opinion I believe that it is a question that science is not yet advanced enough to answer…..

Yes i believe in ghosts because i saw one late at night when i was finished talking to my boyfriend and was going to put my phone back to charge when i see a person dressed in black standing in front of me!! im really not sure what it was but i definitely think it was a Ghost nobody believed me the next day but my mom saw it too. One of my friends said it was a spirit and that it will go away if u put white candles in the house…….

Where I work has a lot of strange stuff going on sometimes,you even see someone walk past the office window,but I can’t say 100 % that it is a ghost.We call it our ghost but who knows.We even came up here one night with a camcorder and caught a white shadow walking where it would be hard for a real person to have been,also had a pair of shoes on the video that was not there.But I honestly don’t know what any of this was or means.

I think we are surrounded by spirits all of the time, but most of us are not graced with the talent to see them or understand what we’re seeing if we do. Great question! I have had experiences in my life that I can not explain. Was it a ghost or spirit? I do not know, but I wasn’t scared, just mystified.

I don’t think it is a question of belief.
I for one am open to the concept of spirits being real, but, without ever seeing one myself (without any other explanation), I am always going to be sceptical.

i don’t believe in ghost because i don’t believe in afterlives. i believe that when you die you are just dead nothing happens to you. you would have to believe in an afterlife to believe in ghosts

The energy of “poltergeists,” and EVP recordings certainly exist…so it is understandable to say that they exist, but a healthy ammount of skepticism is still good to have.

I am totally not sure. A lot of TV shows about ghosts say it is true but they dont always get to the bottom of things.

I don’t believe in them because I have no reason to. It’s not something I devote a lot of my time thinking about anyway.
