So my dad works out this water departement in kendallville, indiana. About 90 years ago it used to be an old powerplant. There is a old, cement basement with leaking pipes and pretty much nothing in it.
My dad needed to see the health inspector. This health inspector is like one of the best in Indiana. She came over and checked out their opporations. My dad brought the lady to the old basement that is no longer in use. She looked erie and said “Scott, I need to tell…never mind.”
This was several months ago. Well, within the last month, the lady came to my dad again and finished what she was going to say. She was dead serious. She said while they were doen in that abodoned basement of the water plant, an older guy with black hair was standing by them. (Though it was only my dad and her) She said he proclaimed to be Carl and he wanted to know what they were doing down there in that basement.
She was dead serious. I know some people can see ghosts and stuff and it sounds crazy but it’s true.
I was wondering if you guys could help me find out about this Carl guy if he’s real and maybe if he died down there or something. I’m usually not big into the whole ghost thing. And my dad’s worked at this place for about ten or so years with no problems.
